The skim ring is used in conjunction with the casting crystallizer. By setting the skim ring, the filtered aluminum liquid first enters the annular range formed by the slag ring body, and slag such as oxide slag may be brought into the mold, and the slag ring body can remove the oxide slag. Wait for the slag to be intercepted and placed outside to prevent it from flowing into the inside of the slag retaining ring, and control the scum such as oxide slag outside the slag retaining ring, thereby reducing the risk of aluminum alloy ingots being polluted by slag.

Instructions for use:
Corresponding to the structure of the crystallizer, a slag retaining ring with a metal buckle is installed for supporting use;
According to the amount of molten metal and the size of the crystallizer, the buoyancy of the test is too large, and a counterweight metal sheet can be added between the metal buckles of the existing slag retaining ring to meet the casting needs of stable control;
After the adjustment is completed, the precise assembly and use can be achieved, and the casting can begin.
