In order to remove the hydrogen in the molten aluminum, the silicon nitride hollow rotor can be used to feed in nitrogen or argon, and the gas can be dispersed by high-speed agitation to achieve neutralization and discharge of hydrogen.
Compared with graphite rotor, silicon nitride will not be oxidized in a high-temperature environment, so it will not pollute aluminum liquid and has a longer service life;
High thermal shock resistance ensures that the rotor will not break during frequent intermittent operation;
The high-temperature strength of silicon nitride ensures the smooth running of the rotor at high speeds.

Precautions for product use
In view of the brittleness of ceramics, try to avoid external impact or knocking during handling, installation and maintenance;
For safety reasons, the product should be dried and preheated before use;
When the electric heater is used for the first time, it should be heated slowly according to the heating curve;
When installing the flange of the rotor, choose the appropriate gasket and carefully level it to avoid air leakage or liquid aluminum infiltration;
When installing the degassing rotor, the vertical accuracy should be adjusted well, and it should run away from the liquid surface for 5-10 seconds when stopping to avoid sticking too much aluminum liquid;
In order to prolong the service life of the product, it is recommended to clean and maintain the product regularly;
