Precautions for product use
In view of the brittleness of ceramics, try to avoid external impact or knocking during handling, installation and maintenance;
For safety reasons, the product should be dried and preheated before use;
When the electric heater is used for the first time, it should be heated slowly according to the heating curve;
When installing the flange of the rotor, choose the appropriate gasket and carefully level it to avoid air leakage or liquid aluminum infiltration;
When installing the degassing rotor, the vertical accuracy should be adjusted well, and it should run away from the liquid surface for 5-10 seconds when stopping to avoid sticking too much aluminum liquid;
